Specifications for the Advertising Billboards Data Model :-

Dear Sir

We are in outdoor advertising business and we rent our billboards to clients and other advertising agencies.

The first problem we face is proper management of data i.e. which billboard is hired by a client and which one is vacant,
or when the client is vacating the location so that we can propose it to other client.

Our Second problem is we ourselves get the space on lease from the land owner, there is always a problem in finding out
whose rent is due and who has already been paid advance.

Whenever a client approaches us we have to show him our locations which are available it becomes difficult to find out
which locations to show him, please help in this.

I have tried many types of databases myself but not satisfied by them. Please help.
