Good morning Sir, i am student and I m working in a project named : contact and loyalty management,

I neeed your help in creating a data base that I can manage over it these points :

1-access management (authentifications of the users and depend of their status active or no, alos
one more : admin or customer)

2-customers management(here  where I can add,remove, modify)

3-B>contact| management(where this allow me to make them in categories,depends of their interests, and
the accurate informations  that we take of them)

4-an alert management and notifications (here for example if I have 10 customers has their birthday today,
I get alerted so I can be able for example to send them messages or extra calls means for example for free, such stuff)
