Can you tell me how this database bank operates?  Are there purchase fees or license fees?

I�m actually trying to set up a facility maintenance database that will track scheduled maintenance
and unscheduled maintenance for buildings, landscape, pump stations, pipelines, roads and vehicles.

I�m not so interested in tracking employee time, but more for employee dispatching.
