Subject: Help with Database model

Question: I work for a public library and need to create a memory/honor database.
People make donations to the library in memory or honor of an individual.
The library director uses the money to purchase books for the library and a nameplate
is put inside the cover of the book.

I looked at the database models page but didn't find anything that would work for this
type of database.

Would you give me a suggestion for a good database model to use for this database.

The database would store the donor's info, the donor's gift amount, who the gift is for,
and what books were purchased.
