Specifications have been drafted in a question to the Database Answers Web Site.
If you are new to Data Models, this page of my new Tutorial will help you understand the Data Model.
There might also be a design for a Data Warehouse, which might very useful for providng data for Reports and Business Intelligence.
But it is hard to see a real use for one in this (exceptional) case so it is unlikely.
