Data Model for Professional Services Automation

An Access Database is available.

This is Phase 2 of our plan, which is based on our Service Delivery Platform combined with our Event-Driven Platform and Internet of Things
The purpose of this is to validate the Event-Driven Approach and demonstrate that it has a powerful and long-term future.
We will start with Event-oriented Situations, such as Airport Management and Logistics.

Phase 1 was our Operational Support Services for Small and Medium Enterprises ('OSS for SMEs') which was based on our Canonical Data Model
