I am working inside a new Testing Center.

We did many exams such ACT, IELTS, GRE and so one.

Many proctors ensure the proctoring in different location.



We have the intention to follow up the proctors, the assigned  rooms,
the end-users who are responsible for entry grades, inform the students
when the certificate is ready for each student, sending automatically
emails to students, proctors and stakeholders.

I need if you help me in such data model design.

I would like if it is possible to get an example of International exams
DATA MODEL like IELTS to follow up the proctors, the examiners, the
stakeholders to see who proctor the exams, the exam location, the date
of grade assignment and so on.
