Tracking Staff Assignments

Subject: Staff assignment Tracking
Question: I have staff that are called to solve problems in other departments.
I need to record the date of request, time of request,nature of request, date solved,
person assigned to attend to the request.

In addition, person have projects they are working on.
I need to capture the projects, start date, the projected end date.
I also need to capture the status of the project at any point in time.
In general I want to be able to know what each staff member is working on and their performance in completing assignments
