A Database to support Tracking Staff Training

Hi,

I�ll try to keep this as short as possible and as concise as I can,

I�ve developed quite a few DB�s for my current company which are successful

however my latest task is a training db, different jobs, different departments,

each department assigned different �core� skills and each person in that dept requiring these skills �

but also able to be trained in additional skills,

these core skills and additional�s would have expiry periods whereby refresher training would be required,

im really struggling to come up with a data model that is scalable (300-500 people) -

do you have any suggestions or help available?

If possible I could call you whenever is viable to discuss data models.

The queries and forms im quite happy with developing its just the core data model to ensure it works smoothly.

Any help would be massively appreciated
