I have drafted some Design Notes on implementation of Inheritance, and here are corresponding diagrams for three Physical Data Models :-

1. Model Nr.1, like the Conceptual one, showing the master entity, with two children.
2. Model Nr.2, showing only the two children, each having inherited the attributes of the parent.
3. Model Nr.3, showing the master entity, with all attributes of both children.
