4) The PATIENT is put on a specified DIETPLAN.
5) Each DIETPLAN has specified EXPECTED_OUTCOMES
6) LAB_TESTS are carried out for a PATIENT.
7) The LAB_TEST_RESULTS become a part of the PATIENT_HISTORY.
8) Etc..
9) Etc..
