Here is the Statement of User Requirements. 
The Requirement is for an Event Registration Database

Question: Hello, I have a question regarding a database designed to store event registrations.

We are a non-profit camp in Wisconsin and I am working towards an online registration application for all of our programs.

I have a start on the design, but I am running into some problems.

There is some universal information we are collecting, such as name, address, etc..

Where I am running into the problem is that each event has several different options/items that need to be stored in the database.

It doesn't seem right that I should have to create a new table for each event.

Any ideas ?
