A.1 The Design reflects the Life Cycle of a PROBLEM reported to the HELP DESK.

B. The Things of Interest, ('THINGS'), include :-
B.1 Help Desks
B.2 Problems.
B.3 Resolution of Problems.
B.4 Staff
B.5 Users.

C. These THINGS are Related as follows :-
C.1 USERS report PROBLEMS to the HELP DESK.
C.2 STAFF at the HELP DESK log the PROBLEM REPORT.
C.3 The PROBLEM is allocated to a member of STAFF.
C.4 Every PROBLEM will have one, and only one, RESOLUTION.
C.5 A member of STAFF can be involved in zero, one or many PROBLEMS.

D. Other Characteristics of these THINGS include :-
