Prescriptions Database

I would like an electronic prescription database application that would allow a doctor to
access patient information remotely and send prescriptions to pharmacy nationwide using wireless access.

Patients should be able to put in requests either via web access or phone and the doctor should be able to
access patients records, and treatment information and determine the appropriate response in terms of prescription.
