User Requirements
These Requirements were established by Andrew on 5th. July, 2007 who
needs a Database to support his Business, which is vehicle maintenance in the mining sector.

This would need to include all the normal features of make model serial.  Defect list, when
services are due, ability to print out order list of part when service is due, log hr of machine.
